    Will Vicars is the Co-Chief Investment Officer at Caledonia and sits on the Board of Directors of Caledonia (Private) Investments Pty Limited. Will joined Caledonia in 1998 when the firm began offering its private investment management services to external clients. Prior to joining Caledonia, Will worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at NRMA Investments and a Portfolio Manager at Bankers Trust in Sydney where he commenced his career in 1988. Will graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics, from the University of Sydney in 1986.

    Michael Messara is the Co-Chief Investment Officer at Caledonia and sits on the Board of Directors of Caledonia (Private) Investments Pty Limited. Michael joined Caledonia in 2006 after spending five years with UBS AG in Sydney. While at UBS, Michael held a number of roles in equity research with a particular emphasis on the materials, healthcare, media, gaming and small caps sectors. His most recent role before joining Caledonia was Director, Emerging Companies, heading a team of analysts covering Australian listed companies outside the S&P/ASX 100. Michael attended Bond University on a Business School Scholarship and completed a Bachelor of Commerce in 2001, majoring in Finance, Accounting and Economics.
